Terms of Service

🌴 Happy Island Pet Sitting — operated by Happy Island LLC, Somerset, New Jersey

1. Services. We provide in-home pet visits as booked and confirmed. We do not board pets at our home.
2. Rates. Standard visit is $25 for 30 minutes. Extras, such as a second pet or holiday visits, are billed at the published rates.
3. Payment. Payment is due when billed. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Late payments after 14 days stop service.
4. Emergencies. If a pet is sick or injured, we may take the pet to the listed vet or nearest emergency vet. All vet and medical costs are the responsibility of the owner.
5. Liability. We are insured for our own negligence while performing visits. We are not responsible for injuries (such as bites or scratches) or property damage caused by your pet's own actions. You confirm your pet is healthy, vaccinated, and licensed as required by local law.
6. Access. The owner gives permission to enter the home as instructed and provides a working key, fob, or code.
7. No pet transport. We do not transport pets in our car.
8. Cancellations. Missed visits due to weather, illness, or safety risk are refunded or rescheduled.
9. Privacy. We keep owner and pet information private. We do not sell or share it.
