Access information
Keys and codes are kept private. They are used only for your scheduled visits and returned at the end of service.
SMS text messages
- If you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number to send visit reminders, live visit updates, scheduling/billing messages, and occasional promotions.
- Message frequency varies — typically only when a visit is booked (one reminder the day before, plus updates during the visit).
- Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
- Phone numbers are stored with Twilio, our text-messaging service provider, and used only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell or share your number with outside parties.
